Position Overview:

This role involves working closely with contractors and homeowners to provide accurate building estimates, exceptional customer service, and reliable product recommendations. You’ll play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate takeoffs and estimates for residential, commercial, and agricultural builds

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with product selection and pricing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers

• Process sales orders, quotes, and follow up as needed

• Stay current on building material trends and product knowledge

• Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Required: Prior experience in building supply sales

• Preferred: Construction knowledge or hands-on experience in the field

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Compensation:

• Pay is based on experience

• Full-time position with potential for long-term growth and advancement

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
